2026 Midwinter Conference
The Midwinter Conference is an annual event made up of educational sessions that focus on safety, industry issues, and legislative affairs.
Historically, we have had speakers from the FMCSA, the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation in attendance. In addition, we have had national industry speakers as they relate to safety or regulatory compliance.
The close of the conference is marked by the Safety Awards Banquet recognizing safe drivers and carriers. The conference registration includes a ticket to the Safety Awards Banquet.
