The Oklahoma Trucking Association and Oklahoma Safety & Security Council host the state Truck Driving Championships. This two-day event puts each contestant through their paces with the challenges of a written exam, pre-trip inspection, and a skills course. After the competition is over we celebrate the accomplishments of these safe drivers at our awards banquet. Winners of each class go on to compete in the ATA National Truck Driving Championship.

Volunteers will receive a commemorative coin OR T-shirt if the size is submitted by Friday, May 16. Banquet tickets are not included for volunteers, and those need to be purchased separately.
Driver & Company Rep Information:
Once the OTA receives driver forms we will mail Facts for Drivers books to the company contact - please specify if you need books.
Eligible drivers must be accident-free for a year and drive for a company that is a member in good standing with the OTA, additional requirements are listed below and on the waiver & rookie eligibility sheet.
MVR must be dated no earlier than April 1.
Form Deadline: You may always turn in your forms early, however they are due by May 5.

1. TR 1-2 driver forms OK Specific This is specifically modified for Oklahoma, (Must be signed by both driver & company rep)
2. Driver Waiver & Rookie Certification (Must be completed & signed by the driver)
3. Company Rep Checklist (Use this as a guide to ensure you're turning in completed driver packets)
Company Reps and family members are not allowed in Driver Bullpen at any time during the competition, this may disqualify your driver from the competition. We?re allocating extra volunteers as runners to get food to the drivers. Will have an area for hospitality including water, porta-potties, and some fun games/entertainment for those interested.
Tent Info: If you have a company tent on the course, it MUST be picked up by the end of the day Saturday and cannot be left on-site through the weekend. All sites are first come, first serve. Tent setup may start AFTER 10 AM, Friday, June 6, due to the new course location the tent staging area is subject to change. No tents are allowed to be staked on the concrete/blacktop areas.

2025 Accident Eligibility Criteria
2025 NTDC /NSVDC Retirement List: The rule states, that any NTDC competitor who competed at nationals in the same class of competition in two consecutive years must retire from that class the two following years. Any NSVDC competitor who competed at nationals in the same class of competition two consecutive years must retire from the Step Van class the following year.

2025 NTDC Competition Date: August 20-23 - Minneapolis, MN - Like last year, you will not receive NTDC packets for your champions. Once your champions are registered with the ATA they will receive an email containing all information that was previously included in the packet. - The OTA will register your drivers for the NTDC with ATA, and we will send a separate invoice for their entry after our state TDC. The ATA will reach out to company reps after your drivers are registered by us.

Sponsorship Overview
Volunteers who plan to attend the banquet will need to purchase a banquet ticket.
Ticket Purchase Deadline: You may purchase additional banquet tickets to secure a seat for $65 per adult and $35 per child (12 and under) until May 24. Tickets purchased after May 24 or at the banquet will be $70, regardless of age, but the space/reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Driver Fee: $200.00/driver* You may turn in your forms early, however, the final form deadline is May 6. This includes a banquet ticket for your driver only.
